This policy applies to reservations booked directly through this website. It is separate from whatever cancellation policy is selected for the same property on Airbnb or VRBO — those platforms enforce their own policy tier independently, so a guest cancelling an Airbnb or VRBO reservation is governed by that platform's terms, not the ones below.
Refund schedule
- Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 13 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in, including no-shows and early departures.
Extenuating circumstances

Changes by us
